John Reynolds is one of New Zealand’s most significant and admired contemporary artists, an Arts Foundation Laureate, Sydney Biennale headliner and Walters Prize nominee. With a distinctive style that frequently interrogates the logics of drawing, mark-making and language, John Reynolds’ interdisciplinary practice spans painting, installation, sculpture, and site-specific public artworks. The johnreynolds.art website is a resource designed to capture the broad scope of Reynolds’ explorations, enthusiasms and engagements. The site features extensive essays, web-based artworks and bookstore. Built using Webflow, I was the developer and junior designer on this project.
Product pages were created for John Reynolds books with extensive overviews of each publication.
We repurposed physical artworks into interactive web experiences.
With a huge archive of writings, the John Reynolds website now becomes a great resource for anyone wanting to learn about the artist and his practice.
